Background: Bringing invaluable experience and perspective from multiple education sectors, Jeremy Moore continues his calling to serve others as a member of RG175.

As a contributor to international education, Jeremy has served multiple organizations including the International Schools Advisory Committee for the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools, the Board of the Common Ground Collaborative, Treasurer for the Board of the American International Schools in the Americas, President of the Cayman Islands Private Schools Association, and a regular presenter and contributor to the Association for the Advancement of International Education.

As the Director of Cayman International School, Jeremy strategically guided significant school growth and advancements while doubling student enrollment, including an extensive and innovative campus expansion. He led the school through multiple accreditations and was the architect of a transformative strategic plan. Jeremy personally recruited and onboarded more than 150 faculty and staff members (including five principals), developed a professional learning system that enhanced faculty collaboration and effectiveness, and notably increased faculty retention. After a decade in the Cayman Islands, Jeremy and his family ventured to the African continent.

At the American International School of Johannesburg, Jeremy served as the Director of two campuses with more than 1,000 students. Through his collaboration with the full school community he developed a strategic direction that provided common language for the purpose, identity, beliefs, priorities and future of the organization. In a school with nearly 100 nationalities of students and staff with a wide range of cultures, Jeremy established school structures to guide learning and initiatives in the areas of equity, diversity and inclusion. Jeremy led through challenges as well, developing and implementing processes for necessary rightsizing and restructuring due to impacts of the pandemic and geopolitical issues in the country, while also strengthening partnerships with the US Embassy and the broader US Mission in South Africa.

Jeremy completed undergraduate studies and a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from the University of Florida, and he was a member of the Columbia University Klingenstein Heads Program.

With a focus on coaching, Jeremy is a mentor for the Leadership Mentoring Program for the Academy of International School Heads, he was an Administrator Coach for the Orange County Schools Preparing New Principals Program, and he continues to be an advisor for new leaders.
